    Our Refund and Returns Policies
     

    You may return items ordered from ArtRoyale within 15 days of delivery for a 100% refund of price of the painting. Small charge will be applied to cover shipping and handling which are not cover under ArtRoyale guarantee.

     

    We will refund 100% of your purchase if you:
    • Include your receipt (packing slip) and completed return form.

    • Return within 15 days of delivery date.

    Do you need to change your an order

     

    If you have suggestions after the order has been processed, contact us and we will contact the artist. Given the progress of the painting, the artist will provide recommendation. Please make sure to proved specific suggestions with your order.

     

     

    Do you need to cancel your order?

    • If we have not processed the order you can stop the order simply by contacting us by email. Select ‘Cancel Order’ in the SUBJECT area. Please make sure you include your name, phone number and date of order.

    • If we have charged your credit card (or processed your check), and the artist did not start working on your painting, we will refund your account in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

    • If an order with an artist was placed (meaning artist started working on your painting), and we have charged the initial 30% of the painting on your credit card (or processed the check), you will be liable for 20% of the price of the painting if canceling. The reminding 10%% of initial charge will be credited to your account (credit card/or check).

     

    Did you receive a damaged or defective item?

     

    If you receive a damaged painting, return your order to ArtRoyale and we will fix the painting or re-order a new painting. At this point you cannot request a painting of new image (new photo). Only a painting of the original image can be redone.



    IMPORTANT: ArtRoyale will send to its customers an email with the photo of the painting for an approval. We will attempt maximum 5 emails and 2 phone calls within 30 day period. If we do not receive the reply or the phone call back within 30 day period we will proceed with your order as approved.
