Are your paintings hand painted or are they print on canvas?
Each painting is completely hand created, relying solely on the artist’s technique with no use of any projective, transfer or computer-aided techniques. Our artists specialize in realistic, life-like paintings from original photos.

it safe to use my credit card?

I am not
comfortable submitting my paying through the internet. How else can I pay?
You can send your payment by mail or fax. We accept all major credit
cards and personal checks. For details please see our

What if I am not happy with the painting?
We will provide a scanned version of the painting for your approval prior
to final delivery. In the event that you are not happy with the painting
we will redo the parts of the painting you wish to change. If you approve
the painting and are not satisfied with the final product, simply return
the completed portrait to ArtRoyale and we will credit your account. Some

How may I request larger painting?
For larger paintings than 50 (width) x 50 (length), please
contact us and we will send you a free estimate within 48 hours.

Why are you able to offer lower price compared to many
other artists?
ArtRoyale is continuously striving to find new ways to serve our clients
better. Such efforts paid off in finding high quality artists in Eastern
Europe and Asia whose services are priced lower then their peers in
Western Europe and the USA. Such efforts allowed us to significantly lower
our prices compared to other companies while retaining high quality of
paintings.

What notifications will I receive regarding my order?
The most frequent email notices we send are to confirm receipt of your
order, to request the approval of finished painting (JPG image file) and
to inform you as items in your order are shipped. We also send
notifications about issues such as changes in the expected shipping time
frame or problems with billing.

What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping and Handling cost is $25.00 for paintings up to 20x30. For larger paintings, or shipments to California or Canada there could be additional cost up to $20.00. We will use
FedEx and DHL for our shipping.

Can I change an order?
If you have a change request after the order has been processed, contact us
and we will contact the artist. Given the progress of the painting, the
artist will indicate what changes can be made. Please make sure to proved
specific suggestions with your order.
